SailPoint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximising revenue through proactive outreach and strategic sales tactics.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive funnel and pipeline targets, achieve core KPIs, and close deals independently. To get started, you will need to complete the Getting Started Checklist, familiarize yourself with our high-level function org chart, and undergo Challenger Sales Training.

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that values wicked smart individuals who are determined, communicative, and collaborative. You will work closely with field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a deep understanding of digital sales techniques. Fluency in spoken and written German language skills is also a must.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a hybrid work setup with 1-2 days in the office per week, access to top-notch training and resources, and opportunities for career growth and development.
