Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting new clients in the German market for our innovative wellness and fitness startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers in the German market.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute an efficient acquisition strategy.
- Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Language proficiency: Native/Full Professional Proficiency in German & Professional proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- No prior experience required.
- Residence in or near Madrid, facilitating easy access to our operational hub.
- Exceptional communication and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
