About the Role

SailPoint is seeking a skilled Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts.
  • Penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts with the support of field sales counterparts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and digital sales techniques.
  • Fluent spoken and written German language skills.
  • Prior experience in selling complex software solutions.

Success Metrics

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Achieve funnel and pipeline targets within the first 6 months.
  • Closed deals independently without support after 12 months.
  • Maintain KPI results on track with targets throughout your tenure.
