SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Digital Sales Representative to join its team in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a knack for persuasion. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactive outreach and relationship building with target accounts
• Strategic sales tactics to maximize revenue in target accounts
• Delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent spoken and written German language skills
• Prior experience in selling complex SaaS-based solutions
• Effective communication skills
• Organized and motivated individual with a knack for persuasion

The Path to Success:
Within the first month, our most successful Digital Sales Representatives achieve the following milestones:
1. Complete the Getting Started Checklist, including Pre/Revenue Onboarding Coursework, attend HR onboarding Sessions, Access Identity University, and complete role-specific suggested courses.
2. Familiarize yourself with the High-Level Function Org Chart, which provides a high-level understanding of our main 5 business functions and the teams that compose them.
3. Complete Challenger Sales Training
4. Make use of all video collateral to augment onboarding training
5. Learn the SailPoint pitch
6. Meet the team – Digital Sales, your AE's, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership. Schedule intro meetings with key stakeholders as identified by your manager
7. Meet your buddy and set up Bi-weekly meetings & 1 to 1's with your manager
8. Listen in and shadow your first discovery call
9. Ensure access to and familiarity with all tools in your digital tech stack
