The successful candidate will contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Service training. Key responsibilities include meeting personal sales and productivity targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and acting as an ambassador for the brand. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong passion for luxury retail. We value creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, learning on the fly, and strategic agility. A background in working in luxury retail and proficiency in English are also essential requirements for this position. Our ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and results-driven with a desire to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.
