We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily organization of the General Manager's agenda, including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Arrange travel plans and facilitate business meetings and communication
  • Handle all correspondence in the Executive Office, maintaining confidentiality and high integrity
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • University Graduate
  • At least 2 years of executive assistant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
