About the Role

Easyfairs Spain is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee the successful running of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative and people engagement aspects of the office

• Support the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits

• Assist in recruitment of permanent and temporary staff, while monitoring and dealing with staffing, absence, and training work management team issues

• Act as a champion for a fun, lively, and engaged office culture, including organizing social events

• Be a trusted first point of contact for HR and general administrative inquiries

• Manage suppliers and costs

• Be the first point of contact for any office-related issue, including Health & Safety Officer, Fire Warden, and liaison with other building tenants

Requirements

• Highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about providing fantastic employee experiences

• Knowledge of Spain employment law

• High emotional intelligence and a solution-focused approach, with the ability to listen with a solid ethical and moral judgment

• Very high standards of communication and organization, with the capacity to interact at a senior level and present to internal and external C-suite personnel

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a must

• Portuguese language is a benefit
