Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Straumann Group. As a Business Coordinator Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Business Coordinator and contribute to the success of our business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office management and administrative support
  • Planning and organization of internal events and meetings
  • Assist in the organization of external meetings
  • Project management including project reporting
  • Facilitation support of international Miro workshops

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of work experience or internships
  • Project management, ideally certified
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; preferably basic knowledge in German and Portuguese; any other, additional language is an advantage
