Business Coordinator Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator Assistant to support our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal events and meetings, including logistics and communication with attendees.
- Support the organization of external meetings, events, and workshops, including travel arrangements and coordination with vendors.
- Contribute to project management, including project reporting and data analysis.
- Facilitate international Miro workshops and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of work experience or internships in a related field.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; basic knowledge of German and Portuguese is a plus.
- Supportive, open-minded, and cooperative team player with a proactive mindset and a pragmatic, attentive can-do attitude.
