Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Protection Group International.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth operation of our London office, ensuring all ISO quality processes are maintained.
- Coordinate the setup of new starters' workspaces and maintain records of office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including taking meeting minutes and managing correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Book travel arrangements for employees and contractors.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in office/facilities management.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multi-task.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A 'no job too small' attitude and a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
