About the Position

  • Support the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. General Office Tasks: Answer phones, greet visitors, manage meeting rooms, and handle various office duties.
  2. Logistical Support: Arrange travel, book hotels, and assist with problem-solving.
  3. Invoicing and Record-Keeping: Process purchase orders, track invoices, and record lawyer hours in our system.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English and relevant knowledge of Spanish.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
