About the Role:

At Easyfairs Spain, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee the successful running of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join our team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative and people engagement aspects of the office.
  • Support the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Assist in recruitment and monitoring of staffing, absence, and training work management team issues.
  • Act as a champion for a fun and lively office culture, including organising social events.
  • Be a trusted first point of contact for HR and general administrative enquirers.
  • Manage suppliers and costs, and be the first point of contact for any office-related issue.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised, pro-active, and enthusiastic about providing fantastic employee experiences.
  • Knowledge of Spain employment law.
  • High emotional intelligence and solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a bonus.
