We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our Operations team in Tallinn, Estonia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and creating a positive working environment for our employees and visitors.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Arrange the office space and manage stationery and equipment orders
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and handle necessary repairs
  • Work with the IT department on office equipment needs
  • Provide general support to office visitors
  • Help new hires get settled in
  • Manage travel bookings and arrangements
  • Support the Operations team as needed
  • Address office management issues raised by employees
  • Manage relationships with facility management vendors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration or office assistance
  • Efficacy, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Fluent in Estonian and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind and ability to suggest improvements
