Multilingual Administrative Coordinator with Excellent Office Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Eurofirms Services, a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices. As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, vendors, and staff from the office reception desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet: Welcome clients, vendors, and staff with a smile and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist proactively in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments, as well as maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Office Management: Oversee the efficient functioning of the workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order.
- Internal Logistics: Manage the receipt, tracking, and delivery of devices, inventory, and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- Excellent language skills in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
