About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fortinet in Madrid. This role will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building & Facilities: The ideal candidate will handle all building and facilities-related matters, including quotes, internal purchase requests, and work follow-ups, in liaison with employees, suppliers, and syndic.
- Events & Meetings: Coordinating sales office meetings (training, customer, internal), meeting room bookings, room/coffee/lunch set-ups, catering orders, and hotel/taxi bookings for internal/guests.
- Admin: Handling miscellaneous admin tasks, such as office supplies orders, office phone and reception management, and business card orders.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales administration or customer service position, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and have a great eye for detail. They should be able to multitask, work independently, prioritize their workload, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is around 45,000 - 55,000 EUR per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
