Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our PR and Business Development Manager in driving growth opportunities, executing lead generation strategies, and enhancing the company's visibility.

About the Role

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn about business development, PR, and strategic innovation in a global consulting environment. You will be responsible for supporting the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development Support:
    • You will assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities.
    • Help maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM system.
    • Collaborate on creating pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Contribute to implementing lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Public Relations Assistance:
    • Support the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
    • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities.
    • Assist in building relationships with media outlets and journalists.
  • Event Planning Support:
    • Help coordinate and manage logistics for company-hosted events, conferences, and other engagements.
    • Assist in event promotion to maximize brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborative Projects:
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the PR and Business Development Manager.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (a third language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a bonus.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
