Job Title: Office Administrator

Page Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, taking notes, and making travel arrangements.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
