About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team at Experian. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, supporting our executive leadership while ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will also handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Additionally, you will conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations, and assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

As an Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. You will manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs, and organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences. You will also implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role. You should have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, have a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Spanish and English C1-C2 proficiency is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, as well as familiarity with office management software and tools.
