Job Description

As a Global Customer Data and Experience Manager at Signify, you will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive global CDP and Personalization strategy for all our brands B2C and B2B. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy Managers, Division Stakeholders, and your peers in the Digital Experience and Platforms Center of Excellence to create maturity roadmaps by integrating business insights and technological enhancements that leverage our Digital Ecosystem.

You will lead the vision to create a Customer 360o view, ensuring data integration across different data sources (internal and external) to allow data-driven decision making that leads to personalization of customer experience. You will ensure seamless integration and availability of customer profile information across omnichannel tooling (AJO, Target...) used in the different verticals to facilitate campaign orchestration, advanced segmentation, personalization, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the MarTech landscape, with a strong focus on CDP and Omnichannel Marketing tools">
  • Proven experience (hands-on) of +5 years in Customer Data Platforms complex implementations, preferably in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Data Collection, Adobe Target...">
  • Proven experience of +5 years in CRM domain, preferably with Adobe technology (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Marketo Engage)">
  • Certification in Adobe technologies (Adobe Target, Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics)">
  • Experience in leading complex projects involving different stakeholders, translating business requirements into solid marketing technology implementations">
