About the Role
The Enterprise Client Advocacy team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As an Enterprise Client Advocate, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with clients to understand their business priorities, challenges, and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with senior-level clients across various industries to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Utilize data and analytics to measure client satisfaction and inform service improvements
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a professional services environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Compensation and Benefits**
Gartner offers a highly competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a base salary, you can expect to receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
