Job DescriptionThe Sales Development Manager role plays a critical part in driving business growth and revenue expansion for SAP's Human Experience Management (HXM) solution area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Executives (SDEs), overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with SAP's overall Sales & Marketing Strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: Develop and communicate SAP's Sales & Marketing Strategy to stakeholders, identify key areas for growth, and prioritize implementation plans accordingly.
- Sales Management: Cover entire territory, manage quotas, forecast revenue, and oversee the recruitment, development, and management of SDEs.
- Pipeline and Demand Management: Ensure healthy pipeline growth, design demand generation activities, and regularly review pipeline progression and revenue forecasts.
- Territory/Account Planning: Define sales territories, allocate accounts, and conduct regular business review meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
- Preferably digital (remote) experience, specifically in high-volume customer-facing roles, phone-centric work, and CRM/contact management systems.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in any other regional language preferred.
