This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead the sales cycle with a cross-functional team in Catalonia. As a Senior Sales Director, you will own and drive the go-to-market strategy, managing your own quota and working collaboratively with colleagues. You'll be responsible for demonstrating consultative selling skills, prospecting abilities, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to collaborate and influence in a 'win as a team' environment, while showcasing resourcefulness, coachability, and a drive for results. You'll also need to be a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues, with strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI solution selling.
