Client Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our Global Payroll team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage client portfolios to ensure effective utilization of ADP's Global Payroll solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze client metrics to identify areas for improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the HR or payroll industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Suite is required. Limited travel may be required.
