Business Development Manager

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and retention while driving business growth and development. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive value far exceeding their investment in Gartner services.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with existing clients across various business functions and companies.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value, client retention, and return on investment.
- Onboard new clients by introducing them to their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 0-6 years of relevant experience and a strong background in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Swedish (reading, writing, and speaking) at a Business or Native level is required.
