Salary: This role offers an annual salary of $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Job Description: As a People Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Go To Market (GTM) Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to build and scale our Revenue organization. You will define and execute a holistic people strategy that drives pipeline generation and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate with the GTM Leadership Team to shape and execute the people strategy and organizational development and design, advising on change management and internal communication strategies.
  • Workforce Planning & Talent: Own workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and the Business. Ensure headcount tracking and hiring aligns with budget and targets.
  • Structure a scientific and data-driven assessment for candidates, ensuring predictive performance outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations is essential. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
