About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Healthcare Revenue Growth to join our team in Munich or Berlin. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 Revenue Operations professionals, establishing best practice frameworks and strategies to maximize revenue across all channels.
- Develop and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in customer-facing units, working closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue and analyze sales pipeline.
- Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stacks, including Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and driving strategic decision-making.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Excellent level of English fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
