Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Clinical Supply Chain division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-potential clients and developing strategic relationships with our commercial and clinical study teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experts in contact with regional commercial teams to answer client requests and provide guidance on comparator sourcing and supply chain.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in global comparator knowledge, providing advisory support and timely information to clients.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to build positive relationships and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, communicate, and analyze opportunities, wins, and losses, identifying solutions and actions to address client loss scenarios.
  • Foster clear communication among multi-sites and regions to build full value for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science fields or related fields with 10+ years of experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
  • Organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office/Adobe Products, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and exercise good judgment and discretion.
