We're on a mission to reimagine commercial strategy for the hospitality industry. Our commercial platform simplifies data, transforming complexity into confidence with actionable market insights, business intelligence, and pricing tools that maximize revenue.

What We Want to Achieve:

We aim to grow over 100 million in ARR in 2024 by leveraging our commercial platform's capabilities.

Responsibilities:

* Identify potential client opportunities via cold calling and industry network groups.

* Respond promptly to product enquiries, referrals, and leads.

* Develop tailor-made proposals for clients.

* Organize product demonstrations and advanced training sessions.

* Maintain a strong client base and generate new sales by upselling products according to client needs.

* Negotiate contracts balancing service, value, and profit margins.

* Contribute to building and adjusting the vision for the sales team.

* Implement a business development plan, develop innovative strategies, and identify shortfalls.

* Attend meetings, conferences, and organize road shows.

* Provide client feedback for product improvements.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years business development experience within a SaaS company is preferred.

* Experience in the hospitality tech space is advantageous.

* A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or relevant fields is required.

* Passion for the travel industry is essential.

* Fluency in German and English is necessary.
