Rank International is a leading online gaming operator, part of The Rank Group. We operate in the Spanish market and plan to expand to other regulated markets.


Job Overview


We are seeking an ambitious leader to drive commercial performance, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As the Commercial Director, you will shape and execute the commercial strategy to propel our business forward.


This role requires a deep understanding of the digital gambling market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns. You will lead a commercial team to drive the strategy forward for our brands.

Requirements


We seek a senior-level commercial leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving commercial objectives, and designing strategic plans. You must have exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, coupled with an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.


A broad gaming experience across multiple digital functions (CRM, Marketing, Content, Product) is preferred but not essential. Experience working in a matrix management structure is also required.

Salary Range:


€120,000 - €180,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
