David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Danish-speaking Cloud Solutions Account Manager for their Málaga office.
Location and Employment Type
Málaga, Spain - Full-time employment.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this role is €60,000 per annum, with an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success as the main point of contact for our client's customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering a world-class customer engagement experience by obsessing over customers and prospects.
- Securing customer wins for cloud solutions by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Effectively turning prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
- Meeting and exceeding targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline accurately forecasting sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
- Native/Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.
- 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success required.
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
- Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
