Role Overview:

The Regional Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating key client relationships and driving regional growth for Kellanova. This position requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Track AOP: Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Customer Allowances Management: Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • A University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
