Regional Key Account Manager

At Kellanova, we're seeking a seasoned Regional Key Account Manager to drive growth and cultivate key client relationships in Madrid. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and track Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) for each client and category
- Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance
- Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through internal and external information sources
- University degree
- Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results
- Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English
