Job Title: Regional Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at KION Group Ag. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing business in assigned clients across various products, including new and used machines, maintenance contracts, and short-term rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster loyalty with assigned clients and acquire new clients through regular contact across the regional territory
- Report activities and manage offers in specific software
- Negotiate with high-level interlocutors, including conflict resolution
- Advise and recommend equipment based on client applications
Requirements:
- Preferred degree in Business Sciences or at least 2 years of commercial experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the forklift sector
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Project management skills
- Driver's license
