We are seeking a talented Regional Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing regional accounts, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and track AOP - Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
- Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
- Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
- Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
