Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track AOP - Create and monitor a yearly Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for each client and category.
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Utilize internal and external information sources to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:
  • University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
