Job Title: Key Account Manager for Private Sector Growth
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales objectives for assigned health private accounts, leveraging relationships to further penetrate existing accounts and prospect for new health private customers in the private market.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales objectives for assigned health private accounts
- Build and apply understanding of health private customer organizations and networks to develop relationship maps
- Develop and maintain strong, effective, and constructive relationships with external health private customers/partners
- Formulate comprehensive and insightful key account plans to build, manage, and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and ensure sales opportunities through customer impacts (calls, digital impact, etc.) on the key accounts
- Support and collaborate with other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts
- Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players
- Make changes as needed based on new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence to analyze the environment, territory sales, and competitors
- Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights
- Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan
- Develop relationships always under compliance
- Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through appropriate internal and external channels
- Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities
Requirements:
- University degree
- MBA/Postgraduate highly valuable
- Experience Required: 3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment
- 2 years' experience in account management
