Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the consulting virtual account team and drive customer relationship management.
  • Realize customer vision through consultative selling, listening, and consulting, and use digital channels to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customer and partner connections along with the account team as a One Microsoft Approach, adhering to Microsoft processes and methodologies.
  • Identify and sell Industry Cloud solutions to address customer challenges through co-innovation with partners and the broader Microsoft teams to drive Industry cloud adoption.
