We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Ruckus Team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through strategic account planning, relationship building, and proactive sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of medium-sized deals with end-users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions to manage sales activities and track performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • High level of English and almost native level of German
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and sales cycle
  • Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong business relationships
