Account Manager Italy

Nautic Manager is a SaaS solution developed by Samboat, a peer-to-peer boat rental startup. Our platform allows boat owners to offset their costs, while sailors can rent a boat at a lower price. We are growing rapidly and need a talented Account Manager to drive our business development and sales in Italy.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy and develop the Nautic Manager client portfolio.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: field prospecting, phone/email outreach, demos, and closing deals.
- Oversee the product's technical development phases and manage the backlog.
- Client follow-up: Ensure all partners are satisfied with the product.
- Participate in Nautical Exhibitions (Genoa, Venice, Naples, etc.).

Requirements:
- A multi-tasker with a strong sales and technical background.
- Mandatory knowledge of the boat rental industry and the challenges faced by boat dealers.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in IT and the internet is essential.
