About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Italian market. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercially develop the assigned region, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Comply with commercial objectives set by the Commercial Director and Global Sales Coordinator.
  • Establish business strategies in the assigned region, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Supervise the generation of offers in the region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage assigned accounts, visiting clients and anticipating their needs to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Use CRM software, commercial tools, and materials to track client interactions and project progress.
  • Participate in negotiations prior to contract signing and provide after-sales service to assigned accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with country accounts and provide support to other functions and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, with a strong background in sales and business development.
  • Native or high-level proficiency in Italian, with professional English skills and valuable Spanish language skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Office Suite.

  • Indefinite contract.
  • Gross salary between 48k-58k depending on experience level.
  • Competitive commission system.
  • Flexible working hours, including the option to start at 8:00 or 9:30 a.m. and finish at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays.
  • One day of teleworking per week.
