About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the North of Spain. As a key member of our Iberian leadership group, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving business growth in the region.

Your primary objective will be to achieve operational plan targets in line with company and country strategic objectives. To achieve this, you will provide extensive support and development to your team, including one-to-one coaching, demo visits, business reviews, and ongoing personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings
  • Provide reporting to the Country Manager, including feedback from customers and Territory Managers
  • Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management, Salesforce, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business
  • Evaluate customer, product, and systems knowledge via in-field assessment
  • Ensure Territory Managers manage accounts in their assigned territory via TAPS on a quarterly basis
  • Work with the Country Manager to set operational plan for future periods
  • Provide management of incumbent territory base and customers
  • Consult with the Country Manager on implementation of objectives and sales budgets
  • Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment
  • Ensure effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned on an individual and team basis
Requirements
  • Experience within sales, ideally within dental or healthcare
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a sales team
