About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business results and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. You will lead, train, and form sales teams through training and field sessions, ensuring the distribution of P&G Power SKUs throughout your territory. You will also focus on creating relationships of collaboration and growth with main partners, including distributors, indirect customers, and agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver business results and critical metrics (Sell in, Sell out, calls, assortment, coverage)
  • Lead, train, and form sales teams through training and field sessions
  • Raise relevant market information and activities of the competition
  • Ensure the distribution of P&G Power SKUs throughout the assigned geographical territory
  • Create relationships of collaboration and growth with main partners (distributor, indirect customers, agencies)
