Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Radware, a global leader in integrated application delivery and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to fuel its growth in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships and driving revenue in dedicated sales territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary point-of-contact for territory accounts and partners, maintaining high-level relationships and focusing on high-growth potential relationships.
  • Sell Radware's products or services to and maintain direct or indirect relationships with existing accounts, expanding and retaining profitable accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.
  • Find and develop committed and capable reselling and consulting partners, develop and execute joint business plans, and manage key partner relationships within dedicated territories.
  • Facilitate relationships between customers, Radware, and partners, including communication on strategic and tactical issues and maintaining continuity.
  • Identify and qualify scalable, long-term and short-term business opportunities, proactively addressing competitive threats.
  • Prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations affecting target markets.
  • Research and develop territory growth plans based on potential customers, partner alignment, and scalable demand generation activities.
Requirements:
  • Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service, understanding the strategies, goals, and objectives of the territory.
  • Assume a leadership role in coordinating territory strategy and tactics for the sales support team.
  • Develop strategy for sustained management and success of the business, coordinating resources to ensure goals are met.
