Sales Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Ruckus Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate CommScope's Ruckus Networks technology and brand to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams through direct engagement of End Users and proactive management of the nominated Partner base.
- Drive profitable, sustainable growth in relevant line of business accounts through expanding client/partner relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of the CommScope Ruckus portfolio.
- Grow our Tier 2 Partners, directly manage medium-sized deals with end users, and serve as the primary outbound prospecting engine.
- High level of English and almost native level of German.
- Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle.
- Professional knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
- Aptitude for account mapping and using online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence to understand client business drivers.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
