Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and driving the development of retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area. Your goal will be to activate selling and implement agreed Perfect Store and WvsC standards, while working 360o and transferring Red Bull Culture and Values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Field Sales Business Field for the assigned territory.
Manage the Field Sales Team, ensuring they understand their individual job roles and are carrying them out in line with agreed working processes.
Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory, providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively managing poor performance.
Coach and develop the team to maximize their contribution and potential, translating Red Bull Values and Culture to the team.
Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment that encourages a positive attitude, team interaction, and creativity.
Requirements
5 years' experience in FMCG sector.
Valid driving license.
Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
Clear understanding of the market's sales & distribution, competitor activity, as well as consumer behavior in FMCG context.
Commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills.
