Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Seville. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building high-performing teams, and executing global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop Store Managers and teams to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to deliver high standards of operational execution and customer experience.
- Partner with HR, Retail ops, Training, and Merchandising to maximize potential in people, product, and sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store teams and facilitate face-to-face training/workshops.
- Extensive retail background with experience in managing multiple stores within a leading fashion brand.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to adapt to varying experience levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and thrive in a team-oriented culture.
The position is field-based with a company car provided. Candidates must be located within a reasonable and commutable distance from the store portfolio and eligible to drive in Spain.
