Regional Sales Director Spain

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a regional sales team to deliver best-in-class performance for revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Spain
* Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and R&D, to identify market needs and develop effective sales plans
* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
