Sales Director Spain

As the Head of Sales Spain, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth in this country, focusing on acquisition and building a high-performing, scalable go-to-market team. Your targets will be to achieve our customers and members growth yearly goals in Spain and develop a team that enables exponential growth to become the market owners by 2030.
Key Responsibilities- Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue on the Spanish market.
- Mentor a highly efficient and productive team of 20+ Alaners in a scalable model that enables high growth on the market.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a highly performing and committed sales team in Spain, ensuring a progressive career path for the future.
- Assess, clarify, and validate strategy and process, tracking, measuring, and reporting on sales effectiveness and adjusting programs and strategies as necessary.
- Contribute to key-strategic deals, maximizing performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximize the impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.
