Regional Sales Director for IWG Spain
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our network in the region by developing and executing sales strategies to attract new partners and expand our existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Partnership Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow the network in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new partners and expand existing partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
- Sell the IWG partnership proposition to prospective partners and negotiate deals to secure new partnerships.
- Work closely with the IWG legal team to finalize and sign development agreements with new partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to the Partnerships team.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the flexible workspace market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
