Job Title: Sales Director for Spanish Markets

Job Description:
Our client, a leading high-tech enterprise, is seeking a Sales Director to manage and grow their full range of product sales for Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. The role will involve working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales volume and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales volume and revenue
Analyze customer demands and develop project proposals based on customer needs
Communicate and coordinate with other departments and headquarters for resource assignment and project planning

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
Proven work experience in sales and marketing in Spain in IT, software solution, innovative equipment, or financial equipment related experience
Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet travel requirements
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English

Salary: Negotiable - c100,000 EURO
