Job Title: Senior Sales Director for Spanish Market

About the Role:
Our client, a top-tier European multinational, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead their Spanish market expansion. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to penetrate the Spanish market and achieve growth targets
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor strategies effectively
• Establish and maintain relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector
• Previous relevant experience managing teams
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving B2C revenue growth
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in Spanish and French, with proficiency in additional languages advantageous
